Your workout log
Every set. Every rep. Remembered.
GYM2LOG puts last session's weight and reps on screen, starts your rest timer when you finish a set, and charts every lift. Less time on your phone, more time under the bar.

Four tabs. Everything a session needs.
Today, Progress, Workouts and Exercises, exactly as they look on your iPhone. Tap the tabs, or the phones, to turn them.
How a session goes
Log a set the way you will on the gym floor.
This is the real session screen. Type a weight, tap Use last, tick a set and watch auto rest take over. Open the guide on any exercise. Nothing here is saved.
Start today's session
Your plan opens with every exercise in order and last time's numbers already waiting.
Use last, or beat it
Tap Use last to copy your previous weights and reps, or type new ones over them.
Tick it and rest
Mark a set done and auto rest counts down the time you set. Add 15 seconds or skip it.
Next exercise
Move through the plan, add sets or a warm-up, and check the guide whenever you need it.

Why lifters switch
Your notes app was never a training log.
Three questions every lifter asks mid-session. Flip between the notes app and GYM2LOG to see how long each one takes to answer.
Scroll, squint, guess.
Your progress
Every lift gets its own chart.
Weight, sets and reps for every exercise, drawn session by session. Pick a lift and move across the chart to read any week.
